Requirements

• BS. or MS degree in Engineering or a relevant field
• MS degree in MBA or Engineering Management is a plus
• 5+ years experience of software project management
• Being part of at least one large-scale project ( $1M+ budget)
• 5+ years hands on experience in software development
• 3+ years of application of Scrum in projects
• Having PMP certificate or guarantee to have one in near future
• Being part of a CMMI Level-3 project is a plus
• Hands on experience in team management
• Leadership and soft skill certificates are a plus
• Hands on experience in project planning, executing, project monitoring, reporting and budget management
• Hands on experience in process design and process management for software projects
• Hands on experience in Big Data, Data Analytics, Cyber Security projects is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English (will be tested)
• High communications skills and a good team guide.
• Great documentation and presentation skills.
• Experienced in communicating with customer 
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Able to travel both domestic and abroad

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the project according to the PMI standards
• Attend the meetings with customers during development phase of the project
• Communicate with the international customers
• Give speech in the conferences
• Cost, time, risk, communication and assessment criteria planning of the project
• Quality assurance in the project outputs
• Collaborating and improving the predefined project management process of the company
• Coordinating and managing the team
• Acting as Scrum Master
• Assessing the team members
